One HourTalk = $2,500
If you can put…
100 Internet Entrepreneurs in a room I will speak for free.
All $0 talks require you to provide me with detailed information on attendees and to get their explicit consent for me to email them.
The Details – Travel
I believe in clear and transparent pricing. I try to keep things very simple.
My prices are my prices and, while I respect that the value may or may not be a good fit for you, I don’t negotiate. Please don’t ask. It is not unusual for my talk to be ‘sponsored’ in the same way other event functions (like the cocktail party) are sponsored and that is perfectly acceptable.
For locations outside of this area I use fixed travel fees. Airfare and Hotel and all other travel expenses are included, I book all of my own travel. I usually arrive the day before your event and leave the day after – this means I am 100% available to you on your event day and you need not worry about any travel problems causing issues for your event.
Inside the continental United States = $1,500
Outside the continental United States = $3,000
*Travel fees current as of January 2016, subject to change based upon changes in airfare.
(travel fees seem high? I am in a wheelchair which increases expenses)
The Details – The Talk
I can work without slides if that pleases you. (Nature’s Rule = the Live Website Reviews talk requires a presentation screen and solid web connection)
I use a MacBook running Prezi software. I have standard VGA adapters and DVI. No sound out is required for the laptop. I will not run my presentation on any other computer but mine. I can’t give you my laptop in advance (I’m using it for my work) but I am happy to conduct a tech check anytime you’d like, preferably 30 minutes before the talk.
I use a wheelchair and would prefer to sit in it but I can transfer to a different chair. Please don’t put a barstool behind a podium as I can’t promise I won’t fall off a chair that has no arms.
For groups of 25 or more I need a wireless microphone.
Large Audiences are best served by having a live image of the speaker on several large screens. This works well but if you do this you must have one main screen that always displays my slides, it is not ok to switch back and forth on one screen.
Feel free to take flash photos before the talk and after the talk but please no flash photography during the talk.
My slides are not available for download or for publishing as notes or a handout. Also, unless we specifically work it out in advance, you don’t have permission to record and then resell or distribute my talk.
I’m happy to interact with small groups before or after your event, some folks connect a night before “speaker dinner” with sponsorship of my talk.
Questions? Let’s talk.
